1 Check windows and doors, that they close tightly, that they are well sealed, and that there are no gaps where air can pass.
2 Inspect the ceiling and clean the channels, to avoid clogging, jams, leaks, and future breakdowns. Better safe than sorry.
3 Trim the trees, to avoid that they have too much weight, clean them up and make them pleasant at first sight. Jungles are fine for movies but not for a garden that should be attractive at first glance. It is the first thing the prospective buyer will see of your home. And the first impression is very important to make a sale.
4 Replace batteries in home security devices. Everything must work properly, it is a plus that the house has.
5 Repairing or changing all the summer furniture, taking advantage of the change of season for it is a good idea.
6 Check the water drainage, that the pipes do not have any water loss, check the taps of the whole house to fix possible water losses. Emphasize the kitchen, a leaky faucet is not attractive to potential buyers, they will mentally subtract from the sale price of your house the plumbing work they will have to do.
